Russia’s Glide Bombs Hit Kramatorsk, Killing 1 and Wounding 18
Ukrainian prosecutors have opened a war crimes investigation into a Russian glide-bomb attack on the city of Kramatorsk. The strike killed one person and injured 18 others. The attack used eight FAB-250 bombs, a type of Soviet-era aerial bomb fitted with guidance kits. These weapons are designed to glide to their targets from a distance. This is the latest in a series of such strikes on residential areas in the Donetsk region. The investigation is focused on the deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure.
