Sen. Darline Graham will face Rep. Ralph Norman in a South Carolina special Senate runoff on Aug. 25, according to ABC News projections. Graham secured the top spot in Tuesday’s primary but failed to win the majority needed to avoid a second round. Norman finished second, setting up a head-to-head contest for the Republican nomination. The winner will compete in the general election for the open Senate seat.
