Ukraine hits Rosneft refinery and Black Sea rig in new strike wave

Ukraine’s General Staff has confirmed that its forces struck two Russian oil refineries and a Black Sea drilling rig in a coordinated attack. That facility has an annual capacity of 8.5 million tons of oil, making it a significant part of the country’s fuel supply chain. A fire broke out at the second refinery following the strike, according to the same military statement. The extent of the damage at either site has not been independently verified.
