Ukraine strikes Iranian ship in Caspian Sea: "Likely approved by USA"

Iran has accused Ukraine of attacking an Iranian cargo ship in the Caspian Sea while it was en route to Russia. Ukraine claims the vessel was carrying military equipment. The target may be legitimate under international law, but the risk is that Russia could use the attack as a pretext to strike weapons shipments on NATO territory, says military expert Johan Huovinen.
