Tuncer Bakırhan, co-chair of the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party), said a new law expected in Turkey's parliament must be inclusive. He stated the regulation should mark a start to bringing the Kurdish issue into the political and legal arena. Bakırhan warned the framework law must not make categorical distinctions.
