India has extended a mobile internet shutdown in New Delhi as Prime Minister Narendra Modi faces his biggest challenge from young people since taking office in 2014. Leaders of the youth-led “Cockroach” movement are set to meet government officials later today to resolve a standoff over the country’s education system. The talks come hours after activist Sonam Wangchuk ended a 26-day hunger strike, as public anger mounts over exam irregularities and other scandals.
