Two brothers have been arrested in Thailand, accused of fleeing India after a deadly nightclub fire in Goa.
Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra were detained in Phuket. Indian police say they left the country shortly after the fire broke out last week. The blaze killed several people at a popular coastal resort.
The brothers own the nightclub where the fire started. Indian authorities are now working to bring them back to face charges.
The arrest highlights increasing international police cooperation. It also brings focus back to safety rules in India's busy entertainment venues.
