Key Arson Evidence Untested for Fingerprints, Witness Admits

Prosecutors are trying to link the accused to a fire at the Capitol Building in Monrovia. Their case includes items allegedly used to start the blaze. Forensic fingerprint analysis is a standard scientific method. It tests surfaces for unique prints to identify who touched an object. The lead investigator conceded this test was never conducted on the key evidence. The trial continues at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia.
