Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present his country’s anti-ballistic missile programme at a meeting in Paris today, as French President Emmanuel Macron hosts a “coalition of the willing” to discuss the war.
The gathering comes amid hopes that Ukraine’s recent military advances could push Russia toward negotiations.
Separately, Russia has suspended shipping in the Sea of Azov after Ukrainian drones struck 90 vessels in less than one week.
