Ukrainian authorities reported a new Russian missile attack on the capital city of Kyiv early Saturday morning. The AFP news agency reported at least five explosions, with air raid sirens sounding several minutes after the first blast.
The head of the military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, confirmed the attack on Telegram and urged all residents to take cover immediately.
Kyiv’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, stated on Telegram that six people have been wounded so far, with three of them taken to hospital. He added that several buildings were hit by Russian missiles, including a three-story office block.
