A conference of Kurdish lawyers in Diyarbakır has issued a declaration calling for a framework law to guide a legal transition in Turkey. The statement, released after the Democratic Kurdish Lawyers Conference, argues that any solution must be discussed directly with the parties involved. "It is a constitutional necessity to organize the solution by discussing it with its direct addressees and parties," the declaration said.
