President Donald Trump is expected to tell Turkey this week that he is ready to restore the country’s access to F-35 fighter jets. Trump imposed the ban himself over concerns that giving Turkey the jets could allow Russia to learn about the aircraft’s stealth technology. The president is heading to a NATO summit in Ankara to deliver the message.
