Art Sells Out: Hong Kong Students with Disabilities Showcase Talent at Christie's
An exhibition in Hong Kong has sold nearly half of its artworks. The pieces were created by students with intellectual disabilities. The show is a first-time partnership between the Hong Chi Association, a charity for people with intellectual disabilities, and the famous auction house Christie's. Titled "Colours of Community: Art in Motion," it features more than 40 works. The four-day exhibition is being held at The Henderson in Central. It will close on Friday. Organizers say the strong sales demonstrate the artistic talent within the community.
