UK Trade Secretary Peter Kyle will meet China’s Commerce Minister Wang Wentao in London on Tuesday for the 15th UK–China Joint Economic and Trade Commission. The meeting, held at Mansion House, aims to increase British services exports to China.
During the visit, the two sides will launch a “trade booster” initiative. This program is designed to help UK businesses expand their sales into China. Companies such as Brompton Bikes and HSBC are among the British firms attending the event.
