📡 Syrian Arab Agency · 1 min read ·
A new United Nations report states that the Israeli military operation in Gaza has made life much harder for people with disabilities. The report focuses on those with visual, hearing, or multiple impairments. It highlights that widespread destruction, repeated displacement, and the collapse of health and rehabilitation services have worsened their situation. There is also a severe shortage of assistive devices, such as wheelchairs and hearing aids. The conflict has severely limited their access to basic services.
