The BBC spoke with Stanford University graduates about what they think about artificial intelligence. Many are rethinking their futures as AI rapidly transforms the tech industry.
Some worry that their degrees no longer guarantee job security. Others are shifting their career plans, moving away from software engineering toward fields less likely to be automated. One graduate said the pace of AI change is “terrifying.”
