Tulsi Gabbard, the recently departed U.S. Director of National Intelligence, told Congress just two months ago that American intelligence agencies have concluded Iran is not building nuclear weapons.
Speaking before lawmakers, Gabbard stated that experts also determined Iran has not resumed its nuclear weapons program, which was suspended in 2003.
