Erika Kirk stated that adopting this weekly practice transformed their household. She described it as a period for disconnecting from work to focus on faith and family. Charlie Kirk, a prominent conservative commentator, finished the manuscript one month before he was fatally shot in August. His widow has since led the political organization he founded.
