The Iranian Revolutionary Guards closed the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, just as high-level Iranian officials arrived in Switzerland for peace talks beginning Sunday. US Vice President JD Vance, who initially cancelled his trip, has now landed to participate. The negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program and other agreement points are conditional on a halt to fighting in Lebanon.
