Colombia Elects New President: War or Peace?

Colombians vote Sunday to choose their next president. The leading candidate is Abelardo de la Espriella. He promises a return to full-scale military attacks against armed groups. His opponent is left-wing senator Iván Cepeda. Cepeda wants to change the current peace plan, which seeks to disarm groups through talks. Six decades of conflict have killed hundreds of thousands of people. Each candidate offers a starkly different vision for ending the violence.
