Colombians vote Sunday to choose their next president. The leading candidate is Abelardo de la Espriella. He promises a return to full-scale military attacks against armed groups. His opponent is left-wing senator Iván Cepeda. Cepeda wants to change the current peace plan, which seeks to disarm groups through talks.
