A drone strike hit the Kapotnya oil refinery near Moscow for the second time in three days. The facility lies just 15 kilometers from the Kremlin. A unit of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) said the attack erodes the capital’s sense of security. The strike marks the 1,576th day of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
