French President Emmanuel Macron says the United States has rejoined the G7's unified stance on Ukraine, calling it a “re-synchronisation” of positions. Macron stated that the entire G7, including the US, now recognizes “the territorial integrity of Ukraine.” He welcomed what he described as a “very deep change in the US approach” during the G7 summit at Évian-les-Bains. The French leader added that President Donald Trump and all G7 leaders now understand that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not interested in peace.
