TOKYO — Japanese drone company Terra Drone has agreed to acquire two Ukrainian drone manufacturers. The move is part of a larger strategy to expand its global operations and gain access to advanced drone technology developed in Ukraine.
The company did not disclose the financial terms of the deals. The two Ukrainian firms specialize in building drones for both civilian and military use. By purchasing them, Terra Drone aims to strengthen its position in the growing international drone market.
