Amnesty International has called on governments to halt all trade, investment, and cooperation that contribute to what it calls Israel’s “unlawful occupation” in the West Bank.
The human rights group urged states to impose targeted sanctions on Israeli officials it holds responsible for the situation.
Amnesty did not provide new evidence in its statement but referenced its previous reports accusing Israel of accelerating “ethnic cleansing” in the occupied territory.
The organization’s demand targets economic and diplomatic ties that it says enable the occupation. It did not specify which countries or companies it expects to act.
