Ukrainian drones knock out last operating refinery in Rosneft’s Samara hub

All three refineries in Rosneft’s Samara region are now offline or running at reduced capacity after a drone strike halted operations at the Kuibyshevsky plant on 10 June. The attack damaged the facility’s two main processing units, according to the company. The Samara hub is a key fuel supplier for central Russia.
