French star Kylian Mbappé is on the verge of a major Real Madrid milestone. The forward needs just five more goals to break the club's record for most goals in a single calendar year.
Cristiano Ronaldo set the current record of 69 goals in 2013. Mbappé has scored 65 goals for Real Madrid so far in 2024 across all competitions.
The 25-year-old has several matches remaining this year to attempt the feat. Real Madrid's schedule includes crucial Champions League and La Liga games.
Achieving this record would place Mbappé among the club's greatest goalscorers in his first season. It highlights his immediate impact since joining the Spanish giants.
