Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has declared that Russia is losing its military advantage in the war. In an interview following talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German opposition leader Friedrich Merz in London, Zelenskyy said Ukraine’s military position is now the strongest it has been in over two years. “Russia is not winning,” he stated. Zelenskyy also argued that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s influence is fading and his war machine is weakening. He urged Europe and the world to remain united in their support for Ukraine.
