Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country is ready to provide a stable, long-term supply of fuel to India. The announcement came during the Russian Prime Minister's official visit to New Delhi this week.
The two nations also signed new agreements in key energy sectors. These deals cover cooperation in civil nuclear energy and critical minerals.
Critical minerals are rare natural resources essential for modern technologies. They are used in batteries, electronics, and renewable energy systems.
The agreements signal a continued strengthening of economic ties between Russia and India. This partnership focuses on securing reliable energy resources for India's growing economy.
