Damascus Launches Week-Long Celebration of Liberation Anniversary

A week of celebrations marking Syria's Liberation Anniversary began in Damascus on Friday. The Damascus Governorate organized the opening event at the Old Exhibition City grounds. The festivities feature interactive activity tents and games for children. They aim to commemorate what the state calls "victory and liberation." The events will continue until next Monday. Several government ministries, including the Ministry of Culture, are participating in the week-long program.
