The buyer is Magdalene Ho Mai-ting, according to the city's Land Registry. Official records show the transaction was registered on Wednesday. The property is located in Dynasty Court, a residential building in the upmarket Mid-Levels neighborhood. The purchase highlights continued high-value investment in Hong Kong's premium real estate. The seller, Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), markets luxury projects in several affluent districts, including North Point and Mid-Levels. Hang Seng Bank, one of Hong Kong's major financial institutions, was co-founded by Ho Tim in 1933. Magdalene Ho is his granddaughter.
