A top U.S. Navy admiral told Congress on Thursday that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth never issued a "kill them all" order for a military strike in the Caribbean. However, lawmakers expressed serious concern after viewing video of the attack, which targeted an alleged drug-smuggling vessel and resulted in two fatalities.
