A Botswana pastor accused of rape and witness interference failed to appear in a Gaborone court on Thursday.
Goitsekgosi Mojadigo, leader of the Divine Anointing Church International, missed a scheduled status hearing at the Broadhurst Magistrate Court. He faces charges of rape and defilement.
The hearing was for a separate case where Mojadigo and others are accused of interfering with witnesses. The court did not immediately state the reason for his absence or its legal consequences.
