Prince Andrew, the former Duke of York, has reportedly requested a six-bedroom house on the Sandringham estate with a full domestic staff. This follows his departure from Royal Lodge, his long-term residence. According to sources, his requirements include a live-in cook, housekeeper, and security team. The request comes after he lost his military affiliations and royal patronages in 2022. The Sandringham estate in Norfolk is privately owned by the King. Any allocation of property there remains a private family matter. Prince Andrew vacated Royal Lodge as part of a wider reorganization of royal residences. He no longer undertakes public duties for the monarchy.
