A new Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo has killed at least 80 people and raised 246 suspected cases, according to official figures released Saturday. The country's health minister, Samuel-Roger Kamba, told a press conference in Kinshasa that no vaccine exists for this strain. The virus, known as "Bundibugyo," is highly lethal, the minister warned. Health authorities are racing to contain the spread as the death toll continues to rise.
