Ukraine vows revenge after Russian missile hits apartment block, killing 24

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy promised to strike back against Russia on Friday. He laid red roses at the remains of a Kyiv apartment building where a Russian missile attack killed 24 people. Among the dead are three children.
