Turkish authorities have ordered the detention of 60 people in an operation targeting the Eskişehir Tepebaşı municipality, which is led by the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP). According to a prosecutor's statement, assets belonging to the individuals and their associated companies have been seized. The statement added that the action was taken based on reports from the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK).
