Nairobi – President William Ruto on Wednesday called for a new model of cooperation between Africa and France. Speaking at a summit in Nairobi, he said the relationship must move from aid to investment. The goal, he argued, is a "win-win" partnership based on mutual respect and shared responsibility. Ruto stressed that both sides should benefit equally from trade and development deals.
