Kremlin Adviser: U.S. Open to Russian Positions in Ukraine Talks

A senior aide to President Vladimir Putin stated on Tuesday that the United States is prepared to consider Russia’s viewpoint in potential negotiations to end the war in Ukraine. Yuri Ushakov, a foreign policy adviser, made the remarks following discussions between U.S. and Russian officials.
