French authorities have detained a fourth and final suspect in the brazen theft of crown jewels from the Louvre Museum last October. Prosecutors ordered the 39-year-old man to remain in custody on Tuesday.
The arrest completes the detention of a four-man gang accused of the raid. Masked thieves targeted the museum's Apollo Gallery, stealing jewels with an estimated value of $102 million.
Investigators believe the newly detained individual was the last remaining member of the group at large. The case continues as police work to recover the stolen treasures.
