Rival gangs clashed in the suburbs of Haiti’s capital, killing at least 78 people since Saturday, the United Nations office in Haiti said Thursday. Another 66 people were wounded, including 10 civilians. Haiti, the poorest country in the Caribbean, has seen gang violence and insecurity surge over the past two years.
