Latvian Prime Minister Evika Silina resigned Thursday after a key coalition partner withdrew support for her decision to fire the defence minister. The crisis follows repeated incidents of Ukrainian drones entering Latvian airspace. Silina had blamed Defence Minister Andris Spruds for the incursions, arguing that the country's anti-drone systems were not deployed fast enough.
