A delivery truck loaded with pig carcasses crashed into a convenience store in central Hong Kong on Tuesday morning, injuring a customer.
Police said they received an emergency call at 8:24 a.m. after the medium-sized truck smashed into the shopfront on Gage Street. The injured man suffered wounds to his forehead.
Emergency services transported the customer to Queen Mary Hospital in Pok Fu Lam for treatment. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
Online video and photos from the scene showed multiple pig carcasses in the truck. The vehicle caused significant damage to the store's entrance.
