Melissa Gilbert Defends Husband: 'Last Person Who Would Hurt a Child'

Melissa Gilbert has publicly defended her husband, actor Timothy Busfield, against child sexual abuse charges. In a preview of a Monday interview on Good Morning America, Gilbert told host George Stephanopoulos she believes Busfield is innocent. She called him "the last person in the world who would hurt a child." Busfield, an Emmy-winning actor, was charged by New Mexico prosecutors in early February. Gilbert, known for her role in "Little House on the Prairie," married Busfield in 2013. This is her first interview since the charges were announced.
