A 16-year-old Palestinian-American boy has been freed after spending nine months in an Israeli jail. Mohammed Ibrahim, who lives in Florida, was arrested during a family holiday in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli authorities accused him of throwing rocks at Jewish settlers. He was detained for nine months before his recent release.
The case had drawn attention due to Ibrahim's status as a U.S. citizen and his age. His detention lasted from the age of 15 until his release at 16.
