Actor Pedro Pascal is taking legal action against a Chilean pisco company using the name "Pedro Piscal." Pisco is Chile's national spirit. The brand's owner, David Herrera, officially registered the name in Chile in 2023. His pisco is now sold in stores and restaurants. This is not the first time a Chilean spirit brand has used a famous name. Other similar brands have also faced legal challenges from celebrities.
