**Secret Confession Solves 1999 Disappearance of Texas Mom**
A Texas mother's 1999 disappearance has been solved after a man confessed to her killing and led authorities to her hidden grave.
Kimberly Langwell vanished on July 9, 1999. The Beaumont woman had made dinner plans with her teenage daughter and boyfriend but never returned home from work.
Her case went cold for over two decades. The break came when a man, whose identity authorities have not yet released, revealed a long-held secret to police.
He confessed to killing Langwell and directed investigators to a concealed burial site. The remains found there were recently confirmed through DNA testing to be Langwell's.
Police have not announced any arrests or charges. The investigation into the circumstances of her death is ongoing.
