A top drug trafficker with a multi-million dollar U.S. bounty has been captured and sent to America for prosecution. Sebastian Marset, described as the most notorious narcotics boss in southern South America, was arrested on Friday. Bolivian police took him into custody in an expensive area of Santa Cruz. Bolivia is the world's third-largest producer of cocaine, according to international reports. U.S. authorities had offered a reward of $2 million for information leading to Marset's arrest. They accuse him of laundering illegal drug money. Following his detention, Bolivian officials promptly handed Marset over to the United States. He now faces formal charges there.
